This is our one and only espresso blend comprised of South American and African coffees.
This blend is named after Howard Hughes' Magnificent Hercules, an aircraft built to transport heavy equipment in WW2. This aircraft was built entirely out of wood due to wartime restrictions on metal. It thus inherited the nickname, The Spruce Goose.
This blend makes for a complex espresso with a heavy chocolate mouthfeel and a sweet, dried fruit finish.
Please note: All coffees are roasted to order. Our production days are Tuesday through Thursday. We ship every Friday.
