Process: Swiss Water Decaf
Elevation: 1100-1400 meters
Most decaffeination processes are harsh, chemical ridden, and unfair to the coffee bean. The Swiss Water process delicatley decaffeinates without sacfricing the quality and characteristics of the coffee.
Using water in pristine conditions, multiple filtering processes gently remove 99.9% of caffeine from the beans.
In conclusion, if you must have decaf, have our decaf.
